The Golf Club informs its members, guests, visitors, and any other persons on the property that playing golf involves inherent risks, including the risk that golf balls may leave the fairways or practice areas.

By entering the property or parking a vehicle on it, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Golf Club is not liable for damage to vehicles, personal property, or other property caused by an errant golf ball.

Users are advised to park their vehicles at their own risk, to remain vigilant when moving about the property, and to obey all safety signs posted by the Club.

The Club implements reasonable safety measures to minimize risks but cannot guarantee that no golf balls will leave the playing areas.
